EZ Enroll Solution
Intellisource Healthcare Solutions implemented the EZ Enroll solution for TMG Health, a Third Party Administrator for Medicaid and Medicare. Intellisource designed, developed, implemented and currently maintains Ez Enroll, a state-of-the-art enrollment system. EZ Enroll  is specifically designed for the enrollment department within the Health Insurance market and supports the operations department within TMG. EZ Enroll is a custom designed GUI that integrates into multiple back end systems including, claims, enrollment, and authorizations. The EZ Enroll solution allows the enrollment department to quickly and easily enter new enrollments into the production system. EZ Enroll has built in business rules to ensure the accuracy of the enrollment information being entered. Additionally, EZ Enroll allows for the real time import of large enrollment files. The import utility validates the information, provides real time eligibility verification with CMS, and automatically updates the production system when complete. 

The EZ Enroll system allowed TMG Health to enroll over one million new Medicare Part D members within a sixty day window to meet the Part D go live date for 2006.
