| Mark McAdoo is the co-founder of IntelliSource Healthcare Solutions. He has extensive experience in the healthcare software industry. He brings more than 18 years of experience in building and operating successful companies. Prior to founding IntelliSource Healthcare Solutions, he was the Director of Health Care Applications for IBM Corporation.
Mark attended Drexel University, class of 1987, where he served on the Board of Governors for eight years. He also holds an MBA degree from the Columbia Business School. Mark has been active in the software venture capital market and is on the board of a number of emerging growth technology companies.
